Custom Order and Return Policy
All orders for non-stock or custom items cannot be canceled after order has been put into production. Custom items cannot be returned.
Once you receive delivery we must be notified of all claims for shortages & manufacturing defects within 5 days of receipt of material. On damaged shipments, the freight company must be notified as it is their responsibility.
Material must be stocked items in saleable condition with prior authorization from Heartland Wood Products. All returns are subject to inspection. Returns made within 30 days of the order will have a 20% restocking charge.
